Perfect any time of year

Quick business trip to one of the most idyllic places in Europe, 45 minute flight from London and perfect on a sunny, snowy or rainy day. Stayed at one of the cosiest hotels I have ever been to, the Pulitzer, a series of connected canal houses right in Jordaan. Close to all the lovely shops and coffee houses and just a relaxing place to stroll. Whilst I do love the floating flower market and the VanGogh museum, this trip was all about wandering and relaxing along the foggy canals.
